Faulty Items

If you believe your purchased item is faulty, incorrect, or missing an item, please contact us at info@csthelabel.com with photos of the fault and your order number. All claims must be lodged within 14 days of receiving an item. Refunds will only be processed if the item is proven faulty. We reserve the right to refuse a return if it does not meet our standards. Please handle items with care as stained or dirty items will not be accepted.

Exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges for non-faulty items. Please contact info@csthelabel.com with your order number and details of the return/exchange. Size exchanges are subject to availability.

All shipping costs related to exchanges and returns due to a "change of mind" will be borne by the customer. csthelabel does not cover shipping costs for returns/exchanges unless the item is proven faulty. Returns, refunds, and exchanges will only be processed once the item is received back in our warehouse in its original condition, with original packaging and tags.
