Refund policy

We hope you’re happy with your purchase. If something isn’t right, you can request a return within 14 days after receiving your order.

Requesting a return

To return an item, you first need to send a return request by email to info@csthelabel.com

Once your return request has been approved, we will provide you with the return address and return instructions.

You are responsible for arranging the return shipment with a carrier of your choice and for ensuring that the package is correctly addressed and shipped back to us.

Please do not send items back before your return request has been approved and you have received the return instructions.

Return shipping costs

At this stage, we are unable to offer free returns.

The cost of returning your order is at your own expense. You are responsible for arranging and paying for the return shipment directly with the carrier of your choice.

We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping method and keeping your proof of shipment until your return has been processed. We cannot be held responsible for return packages that are lost or damaged in transit before reaching us, except where applicable consumer law provides otherwise.

If you receive an incorrect, damaged or defective item, please contact us before returning your order. Where the issue is attributable to us, we will provide an appropriate return solution at no additional cost to you.

Return conditions

To be eligible for a return, items must be returned in their original condition: unworn, unused and with all original tags attached.

You may inspect and try on an item as you would in a physical store. We reserve the right to reduce the refund if an item has been used or handled beyond what is reasonably necessary to determine its nature, characteristics and fit.

Refunds

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will process your refund.

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take several business days for the refund to appear in your account.

When you exercise your legal right of withdrawal for the entire order, we will also refund the standard delivery costs you originally paid, where required by applicable consumer law. Additional costs resulting from choosing a more expensive delivery method are not refundable.

Please note that the cost of shipping the item back to us is not refundable unless the item was incorrect, damaged or defective due to an issue attributable to us.

14-day right of withdrawal

If you are purchasing as a consumer within the European Union, you generally have the legal right to withdraw from your online purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without providing a reason.

To exercise this right, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw within this 14-day period. After notifying us, you must return the goods within the legally applicable return period.

Submitting a return request through our website is the easiest way to start this process and receive the return address and instructions.

The direct cost of returning the goods is your responsibility, unless otherwise required by applicable consumer law.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges.

If you would like another size or item, you can return your original order and place a new order through our webstore.

Incorrect or damaged items

Please inspect your order when you receive it.

If you have received an incorrect, damaged or defective item, contact us as soon as possible with your order number and, where relevant, photos of the issue so we can resolve it.

Please do not return an incorrect, damaged or defective item before contacting us and receiving further instructions.
