Shipping policy

Shipping & Delivery

We ship orders from Belgium to selected destinations across Europe and internationally.

Shipping rates

Shipping rates are calculated based on your destination and the available delivery method.

The applicable shipping options, costs, and estimated delivery times will be displayed at checkout before you complete your order.

Depending on your destination, you may be able to choose between home delivery and service point delivery.

Processing

Orders are processed from our office in Belgium.

Once your order has been prepared and handed over to the carrier, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information.

Please note that processing times are separate from the estimated shipping time shown at checkout.

Delivery times

Estimated delivery times depend on the destination and selected shipping method.

Any delivery times communicated during checkout are estimates and may be affected by circumstances outside our control, including carrier delays, customs processing, public holidays or periods of high demand.

Service point delivery

For selected destinations, we offer delivery to a local service point or parcel locker.

When available, you can select Service Point Delivery as your shipping method. Depending on the destination and carrier, you may be asked to select your preferred service point after completing your order.

If no service point is selected, a suitable nearby service point may be assigned automatically where supported by the carrier.

Duties & taxes

For orders delivered within the European Union, applicable VAT is included in the price displayed on our webstore.

For orders shipped outside the European Union, import duties, taxes, customs charges and carrier handling fees may apply upon arrival in the destination country.

International orders outside the EU are shipped DAP (Delivered At Place) unless otherwise stated. This means that any applicable import duties, taxes, and customs-related charges are not included in the product or shipping price and are the responsibility of the customer.

We recommend checking your country's applicable import regulations before placing an order.

Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking information, where tracking is available for the selected shipping method.

Please allow some time for tracking information to become active after receiving your shipping confirmation.

Incorrect or incomplete addresses

Please make sure your delivery information is complete and correct before placing your order.

If a package cannot be delivered due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided when placing the order, additional shipping costs may apply to resend the package.

Undeliverable or unclaimed packages

If a package is returned to us because it was refused, not collected from a service point, or otherwise could not be delivered, please contact us.

Additional shipping costs may apply if you would like the order to be shipped again.

Returns

Returns are subject to our Returns & Refund Policy.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item received was incorrect, damaged or defective due to an issue attributable to us.
